The NVC transitioned to a new commercial membership database to consolidate the data and streamline our volunteers’ work to distribute the newsletters, manage memberships, and generate donation acknowledgements, thank you letters, and general correspondence. In converting and centralizing other databases, we know there will be some bumps along the way.
