*Hybrid Meeting: The monthly Executive Council, Board, and General Membership Meetings are held on a Hybrid basis -- you can attend In-Person at the NVC Memorial Hall OR join Online through a Zoom livestream virtual connection.
- If attending In-Person, you must be fully vaccinated (boosters included); wear an appropriate mask while inside the Hall if recommended by CDC, State, County, or City COVID protocols; and follow other COVID mitigation guidelines as directed.
