74th Annual NVC and NVC Foundation Installation Luncheon

On Saturday, 16 March 2019, the NVC and NVC Foundation celebrated the installation of new officers for the 2019 – 2020 year.  Bobby Kiga was back at the podium as the MC to provide direction and humor throughout the program, and Rev Kerry Kaino conducted the invocation and benediction.  Our Keynote Speaker was Colonel Keith Horikawa from Waihiwa, HI.

Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute Celebrates Taky Kimura’s 95th Birthday at NVC Hall

The Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute of Seattle held its first ever Instructors Conference at the NVC Memorial Hall on March 11, 12 and 14, 2019.  The event was held in conjunction with the 95th birthday of Mr. Taky Kimura, best friend and highest-ranking student of martial arts legend, Bruce Lee.

The Future of the NVC: A Review of 2004 Think Tank Results

Think Tank Report - a study conducted in 2004 on "The Future of the NVC".  A group of people discussed questions on the future of the NVC:  What does the NVC legacy mean to you? What is the mission of the NVC?  What would you envision the NVC organization to look like in the future?

Join NVC Foundation at a Day at Emerald Downs on June 16, 2019

The NVC Foundation Day at the Races will be held on Father’s Day, June 16, 2019.  The Day at the Races has been a very popular event in the past and will likely sell out again for this year.  Space is limited so sign up early.  What a great way to celebrate Father’s Day with family and friends. 

NVC Annual Golf Tournament on August 19

The Annual NVC Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019, starting at 9:00 AM at the Foster Golf Links in Tukwila, WA.  Please note, this tournament is open to all NVC and NVC Foundation members, their family, and friends!
