JCCCW holds Kodomo No Hi on Saturday, May 14, from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm at JCCCW, 1414 S Weller St, Seattle, WA 98144.
Kodomo no Hi, or "Children's Day Festival" is a fun and exciting introduction to the rich world of children's culture in Japan. Explore Japanese and Japanese American culture, art, history, music and more at this community celebration for children's health and wellness!
This year, our event is themed around a Japanese idea called "Mottainai" -- an initiative to reduce waste and save resources. We'll be offering interactive activities, as well as live performances and demonstrations for you to enjoy!
