February Nisei Lunch Program

The Nisei Lunch Program is intended to serve Nisei members of the NVC and NVC Foundation a hot lunch once a month and to give our Nisei members an opportunity to interact with one another in a casual, social setting.

The meals are served on the first Friday of the month at the NVC Memorial Hall downstairs.  Delicious meals are free to NVC and NVC Foundation members.  And, enjoy playing bingo during lunch.  Click for more details.

NVC Executive Council, NVC Foundation Board and General Membership Meetings

The NVC Executive Council and NVC Foundation Board will meet at the NVC Memorial Hall in Seattle starting at 6:00 pm.  The General Membership meetings follow at 7:00 pm.  All are welcome to attend the membership meetings.

"The Go For Broke Spirit" Book Release and Program

The Go For Broke Spirit - Book Release and Program.  Please join the NVC/NVC Foundation in welcoming Shane Sato back to Seattle. Shane will be presenting copies of his book The Go For Broke Spirit, Portraits of  Legacy Vol. 2 to the Seattle Nisei Veterans who are featured in this book.

The presentation is from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the NVC Memorial Hall in Seattle.

NVC Memorial Hall - Monthly Open House

February 29, 2020

Visit the NVC Memorial Hall during our Monthly Open House.  The Open House is scheduled on the last Saturday of each month.

Visitors can go through a self-guided tour of the NVC Hall, or they can arrange for a private tour. There are no fees and open to the public.

NVC Open House - Special Guest Lane Nishikawa

Join us at the NVC Memorial Hall for our Open House Special Event with special guest Lane Nishikawa. Co-hosted with Densho and JACL, the new documentary film Our Lost Years will be shown from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Q&A and reception will follow. The event is free and open to the public.
