The Nisei Lunch Program is designed to serve Nisei members of the NVC and NVC Foundation a hot lunch once a month and to also give our Nisei members an opportunity to interact with one another in a casual, social setting.
The meal are served on the first Friday of the month at the NVC Memorial Hall in Lefty’s room (lower level). Delicious meals are free to NVC and NVCF members. Click for more details.
Puyallup Chapter JACL welcomes all to the 75th Remembrance of Puyallup Assembly Center, "Camp Harmony" from 10:00 -11:00 am on the Coca-Cola Stage inside the Puyallup Fairgrounds.
We will remember and honor over 7600 Japanese and Americans of Japanese descent who were sent to Camp Harmony in 1942. Please read more.
The NVC and JASSW will host an open house and a joint luncheon for the US Army 7th Infantry Division and the visiting Japanese Ground Self Defense Force from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the NVC Hall.

The NVC Executive Council and NVC Foundation Board will meet at the NVC Memorial Hall in Seattle starting at 6:00 pm. The General Membership meeting follows at 7:00 pm.

Consul General Yamada of Japan has graciously extended an invitation to all NVC and NVC Foundation members for a Reception at his residence on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle.

September's NVC Foundation Speaker Series features Irene Mano and Ken Mochizuki. Their topic is Minidoka Memoirs at a new time starting at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm located at the NVC Hall in Seattle.
